MEDIA WATCHDOGS BLAST FUMENTO Has the politicization of AIDS left science in the lurch?

The political left assumes that a liberal media watch organization like FAIR would critically examine
the HIV/AIDS hysteria from the medical-industrial complex. They would be wrong.
by Christine Johnson & Steven Kurvink

Like many advocates of progressive politics, we have always
respected organizations like FAIR (Fairness and Accuracy in
Reporting), since we share their viewpoint on the issue of
media censorship and bias.

You would think that a liberal media watch organization like FAIR
would question government and media propaganda regarding AIDS.
After all, FAIR claims to "scrutinize media practices that marginalize
public interest, minority and dissenting viewpoints," and seeks to
"break up the dominant media conglomerates" and "establish independent
public broadcasting and promote strong, non-profit, alternative
sources of information."

But you would not know this from the November/December 1999
issue of Extra, FAIR’s bimonthly publication. In it, writer Sam
Husseini denounces Michael Fumento — a longstanding opponent
of the notion of a heterosexual AIDS epidemic — for an op-ed piece
Fumento wrote for the Washington Times (June 8, 1999). Since 1987,
Fumento has hammered away at the constant exhortations declaring
burgeoning AIDS epidemics among heterosexuals, teens, babies, and
women. He derides such sloganeering as "AIDS is an Equal
Opportunity Destroyer," a view promoted by the American
Foundation for AIDS Research (AmFAR).

Black gay men run higher risk of HIV infection despite fewer partners

by Terry Michael
From the same 20th Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections (Atlanta, March 2013) that gave us the "HIV" baby "cure," we get another attempt to explain-away the exponential difference of "HIV positive" rates between African Americans and Caucasians (7x for black males, 20x for back females, according to the CDC.)

If it's a sexually and intravenously transmitted pathogen, there's a word for those 7x and 20x claims, including the "HIV heterosexual pandemic" in Africa, and it's racism.  South Africa's former President Thabo Mbeki recognized the hallucinations of white medicine men about the sexual practices of dark-skinned people. Latter-day "bearers of the white man's burden" exported to deepest, darkest Africa both the "origin of HIV" (transferred to gay white males in Greenwich Village via black-skinned people in Haiti, of course) and the "HIV epidemic" that never occurred in the white heterosexual West.

Judge rules 2nd time: prosecutors don't have sufficient evidence that unprotected sex with someone with HIV creates a "grave risk" of death

By Jim O'Hara, The Post-Standard
Syracuse, NY - For the second time in as many months a judge has ruled Onondaga County prosecutors don't have sufficient evidence that unprotected sex with someone with HIV creates a "grave risk" of death.
In a 13-page decision made public today, state Supreme Court Justice John Brunetti ruled the District Attorney's Office did not have evidence to support a felony reckless endangerment prosecution against Terrance Williams for knowing he had HIV and having unprotected sex with another man.

Instead, the judge ordered the felony charge of first-degree reckless endangerment reduced to a misdemeanor count of second-degree reckless endangerment. The judge also ruled there was sufficient evidence to support a prosecution for a misdemeanor charge of third-degree assault.
Williams, 23, has been indicted twice on felony reckless endangerment charges based on allegations he created a grave risk of death to another man from July to October 2010 by engaging in consensual sex without revealing he had been diagnosed as HIV positive in December 2009.

"I Won't Go Quietly", a new film about Five women and one diagnose. HIV positive and totally healthy.

Five women and one diagnose. HIV positive and totally healthy.
What exactly is AIDS? What exactly is HIV?
Why are so many predictions of a massive epidemic ignored in western countries?
Why does Africa seem to be the most hardest hit continent with this epidemic ?
How can it be that a sexual transmitted disease affects 90% of the gay population and is seldom discussed in heterosexual circles?
How is it possible that someone with HIV remains totally healthy, even after decades of being diagnosed?
This film is dedicated to the continuing dilemma of HIV. It exemplifies the lives of five very different but special women, who have each in her own way overcame the struggle of being HIV positive.
Do we have to accept death, just because a doctor tells us we are going to die?
