"Post Disaster Sex"? "Looks like somebody is fishing for a grant for "PDS" research?--to coin an acronym. Tony Fauci should be good for a couple of million, along with the Gates Foundation and our friends at Gilead Sciences--always looking to sign up new "positives" for their $10,000 or $15,000/year drugs-for-life.
